6 month update

So, before she turned 6 months, Gracie hit some milestones:
-Blowing raspberries(especially funny when she did it while nursing)
-Getting those toes in her mouth
-And my favorite, her 1st hissy fit! I was holding her with one arm and had some papers in my other hand. Of course, she wanted to grab it and did. When i took the papers away she screamed at me! I couldn't believe it!

Things she loves right now:
-Friday (the summerhouse bird)
-Julia (no one can make her laugh like julia)
-Chewing (especially on tags)
-Watching people talk and eat
She's so cute when she gets excited about eating, too. When she sees the boppy or a bottle she definitely knows what's coming. It's like she starts vibrating. Speaking of, i'm down to pumping once a day at work and i nurse her in the morning and before she goes to sleep (and at night when she gets up). Trying hard to get her out of that middle of the night feeding habit. Ok, well, not that hard:)

Yesterday at her dr appt, she was 13lbs 12.5oz and 24 1/2 inches which is the 10th percentile for both. My baby's a little petite. She has this perpetual runny nose and congestion (feels like since she was born) which the dr thinks is allergies. So now she's on zyrtec in the morning and cingulair at night. Poor baby :(

Lately we've been practicing rolling over (she's got front to back, but hasn't mastered back to front) and sitting. She's doing pretty well sitting up. Here she was posing trying to figure out which is her best side :)

She's definitely got daddy's cheeks. They are so big that she's got a frown as her "default face" because gravity is pulling her cheeks down. I know i'm partial, but she gets cuter everyday.
